Dayo Abinusawa MBA, PhD
Founder
Dayo has worked in Consulting and User Experience Research, as Project Lead and Product Owner of large multinational companies. He’s the founder of Deò, a technology startup using AI for personalised learning. He worked as a European Deal Originator for a US Venture Capital Fund, and has been Deputy Director for Innovation at a UK university.
Dr Dayo has been a Teacher of Business and Enterprise, and Senior Lecturer in a variety of UK universities. He has led education programmes on Strategy, Sustainability, International Business, Commercialisation of R&D; Startups, Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
He has been a member of a Board of Trustees for a group of schools and advocates for vocational learning and a world where no one is left behind. He won a bronze medal at his first British Judo competition and plays golf in his spare time. He holds an MBA from the University of Glasgow and a PhD from the University of Cambridge.
Masimba Zata PhD

A seasoned actuarial leader in the insurance, technology and charity sectors, Masimba has a strong background in strategic leadership and Board governance.
As Chair of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA) Foundation, he has been an active ambassador, driven fundraising strategy and built strategic partnerships. He has contributed to financial oversight and investment strategy on the Finance and Investment Committee, including pioneering the inclusion of ESG factors into the Investment Policy.
As a member of the IFoA Council, Masimba has contributed to significant governance reforms and represents the IFoA on the International Actuarial Association’s Global AI Task Force.
In his executive roles, Masimba has led Insurance Capital Efficiency projects and AI-driven Software Product Management, championed corporate governance, and advocated for diversity, equity and inclusion.
Masimba’s career began in Insurance and Pensions actuarial roles, and he continues to contribute to actuarial academia as a visiting lecturer at Queen Mary, University of London. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and is a Fellow of two professional bodies.
